Virtual  Morning Meeting With The Ghana Integrity Initiative

Dear GNBCC Member,

On behalf of the Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII), the national chapter of Transparency International, I write to invite GNBCC Members for virtual Thursday Morning Meeting on the theme “The Impact of COVID -19 Pandemic on the Private Sector and Transparency and Accountability Issues Post the Restrictions in Ghana.”

These Brunch meeting forms part of GII’s ongoing project aimed at creating a platform for a cross section of stakeholders particularly, selected private sector and public sector institutions, civil society organisations and media to identify emerging issues hampering the ease of doing business in Ghana. The meeting also seeks to facilitate discussions on the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic on businesses vis-a-viz the challenges of promoting transparency and accountability in doing business in Ghana.

The key presenters will be H.E. Ambassador Ron Strikker, the Netherlands Ambassador to Ghana, Mrs. Linda Ofori-Kwafo, Executive Director of the GII, Mr. Tjalling Y. Wiarda, General Manager of GNBCC, Professor Bawole, Dean, University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and a representative from the Ministry of Trade and Industries/Finance and the National Board for Small Scale and Industries.
