COFFEE & CHOCOLATE SAFARI - Sat 10 & Sun 11 Oct:

Meet coffee entrepreneur Emy-Beth Quatson Kawa Moka for a coffee tour and tasting. Cocoa expert Marjolijn Hekelaar(@beyondbeans) will treat you to a cocoa tasting and interactive masterclass on the cocoa value chain. Chef Ximo Montoya will prepare a very special chocolate and coffee diner at the lodge. We’ll visit various cocoa and coffee plantations, meet farmers, eat local specialties, and climb the waterfall. The night will be spend at Tagbo Falls Lodge

BIG FISH SAFARI - Sat 17 Oct:

We’ll visit traditional fisherman, fish entrepreneurs and learn about indigenous fishing methods to industrial Tilapia farming. By boat we’ll explore the Volta and visit a special lodge for a modern Ghanain (fish inspired) lunch with Chef Terrance terrencetable

MILLET SAFARI - Tue 27 Oct:

Visit the Krobo people, the traditional Millet festival and meet the chiefs. Join us for a very special ’off the grid’ Millet Masterclass to learn about the challenges and positive climate potential of this ancient grain with renowned chef & food advocate Selassie Atadika @Midunu. The day ends in Kinorah Awini’s very special tea garden. Where chef and Ghana’s most successful food blogger Kinorah Awini @Telande prepares an impressive modern diner with ancient African grains for us.
